Questions about pricing
What is a credit?
A credit is spent when you search for leads or run an enrichment — for example finding employees at a company, pulling reviews, or enriching a lead from LinkedIn. Viewing, tagging, and messaging leads you already have doesn’t cost credits.
What happens if we hit our seat limit?
Each plan includes a set number of seats. Once your team is at that limit, add more seats at the per-seat price shown on your plan — there’s no hard cap beyond that.
Can we change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from inside the app whenever you need to — billing is self-serve through Stripe.
What happens if we cancel?
Cancel anytime. Your plan stays active through the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then it doesn’t renew. There’s no partial-period refund.
Is there a free trial?
There’s no trial period on a paid plan — subscribing to Starter, Growth, or Agency needs a card on file, same as any Stripe subscription. What you get instead: every new workspace starts on a Free plan with its own credit allowance the moment you sign up, no card required, so you can run real searches and see your pipeline before you ever enter payment details.
Do unused credits roll over?
Your credit allowance refreshes with your billing cycle. If you’re not sure how many credits you have left or how they’re tracking, the app shows your current balance and usage at any time.
